2006 PARADE OF HOMES
The Madison area Parade of Homes for 2006 will take place in three different sites in and around Madison from June 10th through the 25th. Blackhawk neighborhood in Madison, Wolf Hollow in Windsor, and the Blue Ridge addition to Southbridge in Waunakee are this year's hosts. With offerings from 35 area builders there is definitely something for everyone to see. Some of the popular features that you will see in this years homes include many types of hardwood floors, granite countertops, lots of painted trim, dedicated exercise rooms, wine cellars, and plasma tvs everywhere. Some of the more extravagant features include a 2 story- 6 stall garage, indoor basketball court, a 2 story stone fireplace and lots of hidden rooms. With homes ranging from the mid $400,000s to almost 1,000,000 the Parade of Homes is always a good spot to see many of the newest trends in new home construction.
